First responders appreciation day
Join us at LeMay – America’s Car Museum for First Responder Appreciation Day on Saturday, July 11.
This statewide community event brings together firefighters, first responder agencies, and community members from across Washington for a day dedicated to connection, recognition, and celebration. Meet the first responders who serve your community, explore fire vehicles and specialty units up close, and enjoy a full day of family-friendly experiences including a fire-themed car show, food trucks, music, and interactive activities for all ages.
As a nonprofit organization rooted in community, our Museum is proud to host this event in support of first responders across our region, creating a space where families, kids, and community members can connect directly with those who serve.
As a thank you for their service, first responders and their families will receive 50% off admission to the Museum during the event. First responders are also invited to take part in our First Responder Racing Simulator Challenge, with complimentary access to our cutting-edge racing simulators — giving them the chance to test their skills and compete for bragging rights across agencies. Police officers set the benchmark this spring. Now it’s time for first responders to see if they can beat the fastest lap. Bring the whole family and be part of a day that brings Washington together.
